Fire rated doors:
The reversible single leaf doors are constructed for the retailers who want to keep them in their warehouse ready for the immediate sale because due to the reversibility the quantity to keep at stock drops to half.
Lock, handle, hinges, frame and sill are so manufactured to that the doors can be installed with left or right opening hand.
Reversible doors are cheaper if compared to handed doors because for the production there is no waste of raw materials and more doors of the same size can be built faster and with less manpower with consequent costs’ saving.
Careful building contractors or customers whenever and wherever possible prepare the wall openings according to the standard sizes of the doors so to take advantage of the price.
Only doors of standard heights 2060 and 2150 can be built reversible because of the height of the handle from the floor once they will be installed.
Reversible doors cannot be supplied with vision panels, louvers or electric locks, in that case handed doors DX or SX have to be ordered.
Double leaf doors are not built reversible they have to be ordered handed DX or SX.

The multipurpose doors are available also in 2 more competitive versions:
(A) with frame color RAL 7035 by epoxy-polyester powders oven hardened smooth finishing and leaf color RAL 7035 with pre coated steel sheet and protection film to peel off and leaf-core of expanded polystyrene.
(B) the complete doorset without color finishing, galvanized only and leaf-core of expanded polystyrene.
Door metallic like previous but with ventilation holes of triangular shape symmetric at the 4 corners of leaf.
Reversible doors are available in the below listed standard dimensions. Dimensions mentioned in the orders, order confirmations and invoices always refer to the wall opening dimension Lfm (width) x Hfm (height).

Model INNOVA,, recent model lever type with just 80 mm. jutting, alternative to the push types because of the more competitive price, black base, bar natural aluminium. Marked CE 0425.
Model SLASH, push type, black base, bar natural aluminium, crossbar used when a low encumbrance is needed on doors which open 90° only. Marked CE 366B1322BA. In certificate called TECNO PLUS, push type, 75 mm. jutting.
Model TOUCH BAR, push type, black base, bar of red color, crossbar used when a low encumbrance is needed on doors which open 90° only, alternative to the model Slash for the color of the bar. Marked CE 0425 prod. CISA push type, 72 mm. jutting.

CYLINDERS
CYLINDERS to insert in the lock hole and use instead of the cylinder-shaped plastic piece with patent key.
Following types available:
Complete cylinder “40+40” for both sides of the door.
Half-cylinder “40+10” for just one side of door, for example for the pull side of doors equipped with emergency crossbars on push side.
Cylinders like above but uniformed = all the same with the same key.
Mastered cylinders = all different with different keys but 1 master key opens all of them, deliverable in different groups for different building portions.
Cylinders with knob and key on opposite side for hotel rooms.
Cylinders with knob and groove to open with coin on opposite side for WC.

FRAME EXTENSIONS
Telescopic frame extension made of galvanized steel profiles painted the same color like door and supplied in disassembled pieces to fit together into each other, upper connections at 90 degrees. Available for wall thickness from 85 to 385 mm.
UPPER PROFILE
varnished RAL 9010 to install as a cover of the top part of frame of reversible EI2 60 – EI2 120 and multipurpose doors for uniformity of appearance with the 2 vertical sides of frame, including rivets. Profile can be placed also after the installation of the door.
GAP COVER PROFILE
L shaped steel profile galvanized and painted section mm. 20 x 30 to stick with silicone points over the joint of frame and wall, aesthetic solution suitable particularly when doors are installed without mortar by expansion screws on reinforced concrete walls or blocks.
For the reversible doors there are 2 types of certified frame fixing systems: clamps with mortar and expansion screws. When fixing with mortar the clamps have to be bent out. When fixing with expansion screws the not bent-out clamp will help as a distancer and the hole on it will be used for the expansion screw, suggested type length 12 cm. and diameter 10 mm. depending anyhow on type of wall.
Knowing the position of clamps, if desired, walls can be prepared for the door’s installation. Hereafter the drawings for the different types of doors.
