ENDOORS srl. fully complies with the European Regulation no. 679/2016 (hereinafter, for the sake of brevity: GDPR) and, in accordance with the regulations contained therein.

With this information, ENDOORS srl. provides all the information on the processing of personal data of the user / visitor and the rights to which they are entitled.

Therefore, we invite the user/visitor to carefully read the information before forwarding any type of personal information and to give his/her consent to the data processing.

1. Data controller

The controller (i.e. the person who is liable for decisions regarding the purpose, method of personal data processing, security and the tools used) is ENDOORS srl whose registered office is in Via Argine Maestro del Po 9 – 43016 POLESINE ZIBELLO / PR – ITALY, in the person of its legal representative, domiciled for the office at the Company registered office.

2. Type of data processed

1. a) Data from surfing

The IT systems and software procedures enforced for the present web site operation acquire, during their standard operation, some personal data whose transmission is part of the use of the internet communication protocol use.

This information, which is not collected to be associated to, identified people, but for its nature, could through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allows to identify the users.

This data includes among others IP addresses, computer domain name used by the users surfing the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the demanded resources, time of the request, used method to forward the request to the server, received answer file, numerical code referring to the answer provided by the server (completed, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system or the user IT ambience.

This data can only be used for statistical purposes, i.e. anonymously, and to check the correct operation of the site.

1. b) Data voluntarily supplied by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary forwarding of electronic mail to the addresses provided on this site and filling in the form for the online purchase of products, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, and any other personal data included in the message / form.

Specific summary information is provided from time to time on the pages of the site set up for any services for which personal data is requested.

In order to analyse the traffic on the site anonymously and to offer a customised content, it is possible that the server sends you small data files called “cookies”.
